Anna has served as Director General (CEO) of the Israel Movement for Reform and Progressive Judaism (IMPJ) since September 2021. A seasoned educator and community building specialist, Anna previously served as IMPJ Deputy Director General from 2010-2021. In this role, she oversaw the Movement's Congregational and Educational initiatives, successfully expanding the network of Reform Congregations in Israel from 23 to 54 communities.
