Place Cards for Your Passover Table
Download, print, and fold these place cards (linked below) and this seder supplement, then share the following at your Passover gathering:
We are about to tell the tale of our Exodus from Slavery to Freedom, from the land of Egypt to eventually the land of Israel. Before we begin the seder, I want to invite you to join me in a powerful action that will increase freedom and democracy and will help ensure that we have a future in a safe and secure State of Israel.
There is something that makes this seder different from all other seders: it is happening during the elections for the World Zionist Congress! The WZC meets every five years to make major decisions for the future of Israel and the Jewish People. I voted for the Reform Movement #3 on the ballot because:
they are working to protect Israel as a Jewish and democratic state
they are prioritizing bringing home our hostages so they too can experience freedom
they are fighting to make sure that non-Orthodox Jews have rights and religious freedom in Israel and that our children and grandchildren are considered Jewish
On your place card you will find a QR code that you can scan right now – together let’s click “Register & Vote” and at the end we will select Vote Reform #3!
Next year in a more pluralistic, inclusive, just, and secure Jerusalem!
After printing on paper or cardstock, use the guidelines to cut, then fold each card in half to create a standing place card. Then write the name of the guest on the line provided.
If you wish, you may use this Avery place card product to more easily print and create the place cards.
